Procedure for Return Management

We want you to adore the item you bought from BZAR. We provide a simple return and exchange policy in case you're not happy with your order for any reason.

Returns

  • Any item may be returned within seven days of the order being received.
  • Items that are being returned must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with their tags still attached.
  • Please get in touch with our customer support team at customercare@bzarindia.com or 09540222028 to start a return.
  • You will receive a return label via email to send the item back to us after your return is authorised.
  • After we receive your return, refunds will be made using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Contact our customer care staff if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour.
  • Exchanges are contingent upon stock levels.
  • We will handle the exchange and send you the new item as soon as we receive your old one.
  • Please get in touch with our customer support team if you have any issues regarding our return/exchange policy.
